Every once in a while, some new device that challenges how we think about something. Remote controls usually only advance in one way by becoming more "universal", but this Master Remote Control is very different.

This Master Remote Control uses "two discs which can be spun or compressed in a number of gesture patterns to interact with your TV". So instead of pushing buttons, it simplifies the controls to a series of twists and gestures.

So far, this device is just in the concept stage. Once it is marketed, you never know what will catch on.
